Carol A. Luckett joined Weiner & Spivey in 2010 with sixteen years combined experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant and litigation paralegal. She was graduated
summa cum laude with an associates degree in applied science, legal assisting, and is a member of the Paralegal Section of the Fairfax Bar Association. In addition to her paralegal training, Carol's substantial undergraduate work in early and middle childhood education at Warner University (Lake Wales, Florida) and George Mason University, laid the foundation for what she likes to do best; that is, to help make a difference in situations that matter. At home, she and her husband have three children and a talkative twelve pound shih tzu/bichon frise (shichon) mix named Madison. In the community, she is an active member of Fairfax Community Church and maintains a strong interest in the work of the organization International Justice Mission. Additionally, she and her husband, and also their son Chris, enjoy volunteering with the local Special Olympics equestrian, basketball and softball programs.
