Eugene C. Miller joined the firm in 2011 after 25 years as the Managing Attorney for the office of GEICO Staff Counsel in Fairfax. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, having tried more than 180 jury trials in the various courts of Northern Virginia including Federal Court and Washington D.C. He also has in depth knowledge of insurance coverage issues and insurance company policies and procedures. Mr. Miller obtained a B.S. degree in Business from Va. Tech in 1980. He obtained his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 1984. During law school he was on the Jessup Moot Court team. He also attended the summer school of law program at the University of Exeter, England sponsored by the Marshall Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary. Gene grew up in Fairfax County where he still resides. He has four children, Darlene, James, Kaitlin and Brittany, and two grandchildren, Briar and Skyler.
